Solstice Admission Steps
Give us a call.
Deciding to place your child in residential treatment can be overwhelming and complicated; we understand that this first step is often the hardest. Your family’s privacy and well-being is our top priority, and we strive to help all families that reach out to us by providing support and information that can set you on the best path to healing. On a call with a compassionate and experienced admissions team member, we’ll talk with you about your teen, their behaviors and struggles, and their previous treatment history. Our conversation will help assess if your teen is a good fit for our program and if our program is the best fit for you and your teen. We strive to provide each of our students with the services that will encourage them to progress through our program successfully.
Fill out an online application.
Our online application includes sections covering necessary information, clinical overview, treatment history, and family history. We recognize the private nature of this process and ensure on-going confidentiality.
Receive confirmation of acceptance.
Once our treatment team thoroughly reviews your application, a process that typically occurs within 24 hours, you will receive a notification on your acceptance status. If your teen is accepted, your family will now begin the admissions process.
Set an arrival date.
Our students come to us from all over the country and even internationally. Whether your teen is starting from home or will need transportation from a wilderness therapy program or medical facility, we will work with you to determine the safest and best transportation options for your child to Solstice East.
