Alex Long

Alex, an outdoor enthusiast originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, arrived at Solstice after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While in school he also raced road and mountain bikes and was the cycling club treasurer. He has since been a mountain bike instructor, a kids basketball coach, and has earned his Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification. His day-to-day schedule revolves around the adventure activity that is in season. He also enjoys astronomy, playing ping pong, and biking with his dog, Bonnie.
